Healthy and Holy began in 2021 as a social media page aimed to bring inspiration, hope, and community to an audience of high school and college students navigating life as a Christian in the early stages of adulthood. After a year Healthy and Holy has gained hundreds of followers who tune in for entertaining reels, relatable devotionals, interactive stories, weekly blog posts and more. Healthy and Holy contains content full of faith and fitness and what it means to live a healthy and holy life honoring God with our bodies, hearts and minds.
